About this event:
The Women’s wellness morning will be held at the scenic shoreline of West Bay Lagoon, at the Grand Hyatt, making use of the hotel’s lush garden areas. You will be welcomed with a delicious sample of Yala Healthy Artisan Kombucha as well as herbal teas & coffee.
During the morning you will be immersed in empowering conversations about creating your ultimate life and connecting to your unique inner rhythm and guidance. You’ll be guided through a beautiful yoga flow and sound healing to help you deeply relax and unwind.
Refuel with a delicious Jing afternoon tea provided by the Grand Hyatt whilst enjoying a panel discussion and having the opportunity to connect with the others around you.

Kirsty - Natura Rays on Instagram is a Functional Medicine Health Coach specialising in hormone and menstrual health. In her interactive workshop, Kirsty will help you connect to your inner rhythm and guidance (your menstrual cycle/ hormones) and help you understand how to work with them so that you can have consistent energy, better mood, less brain fog, and the enthusiasm to live the life they have worked so hard to create.
Anahi - is a Certified Wellness Coach, best-selling author and award-winning speaker. It’s safe to say we are thrilled to have her join our panel discussion. Anahi is passionate about empowering women to make the deep mindset and lifestyle changes that best work for their needs, goals, lifestyles and unique requirements so that they can thrive and rock life on their own terms!
Kelly - curates beautiful yoga flows, full moon ceremonies, retreats and so much more! Kelly’s yoga flow will allow you to enjoy quiet stillness, warm up the spine and energise the body. Leaving you relaxed and open to receive deep sound healing.
Sandra - Uses healing Tibetan singing bowls and Gongs that will bring you into a coherent state of balance, harmony, and relaxation. The therapeutic application of soundwaves will help you release stored emotions and stress. This unique sound experience will impact you on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level.
Sondra - Yala Healthy Is a functional wellness coach, expert, and speaker. Through her own health journey and mission to heal and improve her gut health, she has created the FIRST all-natural, artisan kombucha in Qatar. It is seriously delicious - as you will find out!

What to bring:
A yoga mat and any other props you like (there will be some available on the day, but not enough for everyone so please bring your own if you have one).
Warm comfortable clothing (bring layers so that you can add/ take some off and wear warm socks as your body temperature may drop). If weather permits we will be out in the gardens for some aspects so dress accordingly.
Water bottle to stay hydrated.
