I’m so bloody excited to share your results…
Based on your responses, your menstrual cycle saboteur is …
THE HIGH ACHIEVER
You’re a natural-born leader that #getsshitdone
You’re the one who takes charge at work, at home, and even with your friends.
💻At work you go above and beyond … if there’s a monthly goal, you’ll smash it!. Some might say you’re a workaholic, but you know hard work is how you get ahead.
👨👩👧When it comes to organising family holidays and birthday parties, you’re the one who sorts it.
You’re always looking for the next big project — and happiest when you’re taking the lead.
So…
what’s the problem I hear you ask?
When it comes to your menstrual cycle, your high-achieving, fast-paced personality means you find it hard to slow down and switch off. You wear busy like a badge of honour.
You tend to push through on the days before and during your period when your body is screaming for rest.
This leaves you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted — especially during and after your period when your energy levels should be rising again.
Yes, it feels amazing to have a clean, organised home, get accolades at work, and to stay busy with a jam-packed social schedule, but…
…if you don’t start prioritising rest, sooner or later the exhaustion and constant pressure you put yourself under will affect your:
➡️ Energy levels
➡️ Mood
➡️ Relationships
…and eventually, lead to burnout (your body and mind can only do so much before it gives out!).
One way or another, it catches up to you — and it really catches up when it comes to your experience of your menstrual cycle.

And with your go-getter personality you’re…
Competitive nature makes it hard to accept that you can’t do everything yourself (you hate asking for help!)
Perfectionist qualities affect all aspects of your life — which leads to unnecessary stress and anxiety or you put things off to wait for the "perfect time" (which never arrives)
Seen as someone capable of juggling all the balls on the surface — but underwater you’re constantly kicking trying to keep up (talk about stress and overwhelm!)
A bit of a control freak — you can’t stand if everything isn’t *just right* (which causes you to lose perspective on what’s important sometimes)
When it comes to the first half of your cycle when oestrogen and testosterone are on your side all of this isn’t really a problem.
Butttttttt, in the second half of your cycle (about 10-14 days before your period), your natural tendencies can lead you to feel overwhelmed, anxious, and not your usual, confident self. (I’m guessing your partner might agree…. #justsayin)
You also feel frustrated with everyone around you (“Can’t someone PLEASE take some initiative. Do I have to do everything around here?”)
Brain 🧠fog sets in (making it impossible to focus).
Feeling overstretched and overwhelmed, you get a little snappy (ok, argumentative)…And your relationship with your loved ones feels frayed 10-14 days before your period (which is a real problem because that’s ⅓ to ½ of each and every month…)
Your partner has even coined this time “Hell week” 👿.
And because all of this wasn’t enough, there’s also the added “fun” of tummy flare-ups, bloating, and water retention.
Which not only makes you feel like crap, but also sluggish and self-conscious.
The only thing that brings any joy at this time is some 🍪🍫 or a glass of wine 🍷 — but the joy is short-lived as they make your bloating even more uncomfortable.
Thennnnnnn, your period🩸 shows up, and it feels just as heavy as your mood.
Your cramps are intense, and there’s a throbbing in your head that no amount of painkillers seems to touch.
Overall, you’re sick of wishing your life away and only feeling happy and emotionally stable for half of the month.
And because of this, you may be telling yourself that you…
Are d-o-n-e having your hormones control you.
Are ready to understand your cycle so you can feel more emotionally stable and calm — with consistent energy, concentration, and memory all cycle long (not just in that 7-10 days after your period).
Want to feel like “me” again.
Wish for a NORMAL life (one without monthly migraines, period pain, and other discomforts that stops you in your tracks, almost like clockwork every month.)
Need to be kinder to yourself (and to stop feeling guilty all. the. time.)
And…
Are OVER second-guessing yourself and trying quick fixes.
Little did I know that my hormones (particularly my thyroid) were crying out for some TLC.
I had no clue back then that my hormones (and the fact that I had taken hormonal birth control for 10+ years) could be behind the unstable mood, tiredness, acne, brain fog, low sexual desire, and just feeling a bit ‘meh’ with life.
My hormones were affecting me physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m so embarrassed to say that I had such little knowledge about my menstrual cycle back then!
You might feel the same…
Honestly, I used to feel the exact same way…
But imagine if you
Finally had more consistent energy, better moods, and less brain fog
AND
No longer dreaded your period and hormonal dark cloud ⛈️ that it brings
You would feel…
Liberated - no longer have to live your life around your period
Excited - Because you’re not worried you’re going to bleed through your tampon or have to be popping painkillers every 4-6 hours
Confident in your skin (no more acne or bloating)
Accepting of yourself - no more asking yourself “Am I normal?” or “What’s wrong with me?”
In control - no more feeling like your period is controlling you
Like yourself again all month long - fun to be around, lighter, joyful with a 🔥zest for life and 🌶️ sexual desire
Well, this (and MORE) is all possible for you…
But first… you must realise that YOU ARE capable of healing.
Your hormonal symptoms are NOT your fate.
EVERYTHING will shift for you when you work in harmony with your hormones…
To do that here are the first 5 steps of my
Symptomless Cycle Strategy:
#1 Get to know your cycle
It’s hard to heal your symptoms and have compassion for yourself if you don’t understand your hormones and how they fluctuate throughout the month.
The first step towards a symptomless cycle is to get connected to yourself, so you can understand why your energy, mood, brain power + so much more fluctuate throughout the month.
This way, when certain symptoms flare up at certain phases of your cycle you’ll feel prepared.
#2 Nutrition
Your body thrives when it feels safe. The first step in creating safety and nourishing your hormones daily is through nutrition and ensuring you’re eating enough of the right things.
Most women I work with are not eating enough protein, especially during breakfast and lunch.
If you prioritised eating more protein throughout the day, this will help keep your blood sugar stable to manage cravings, and keep you fuller for longer.
This will also help with energy, mood, and clarity of thought throughout the day and month.
#3 Sleep & Stress
Stress is the silent hormone🔫killer and can completely alter how you experience your menstrual cycle, from missed ovulation and periods to more severe PMS.
Getting enough sleep 😴to counteract stress is therefore super important for you, as is ensuring you’re getting at least 8 hours of shut-eye a night. (No more living off 6 hours of sleep to “get ahead” at work after that intense cardio class.)
#4 Movement
Daily movement is super important for your hormone health and health in general. It increases oxytocin which reduces your stress hormone cortisol. Daily movement DOES NOT mean slogging it at the gym. In fact if you’re struggling with hormonal issues you will want to prioritise daily steps over intense exercise.
#5 Environmental toxins
If there was one thing you could do for your hormone health right now, it would be to ditch synthetic fragrances!
Yep, that means your fancy designer perfume (trust me I was so sad when I first had to ditch my Dior but it’s so worth it!).
Why I hear you ask???
There are chemicals in the products we use every day that mimic our sex hormones.
These are known as Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs) and Xenoestrogens (fake/synthetic oestrogen). They cause hormonal imbalances (which contribute to your hormonal symptoms).
Start these 5 steps quickly and easily…
I know the 5 steps above can seem A LOT and maybe even a little overwhelming. That’s why I’ve created the Harmone Harmony eBook, which takes all of the thinking out of these steps and tells you how to implement these foundational steps quickly. Use code ‘test"‘ to get £5 off the guide.
Happy Clients:
Recovering perfectionist heals acne and debilitating period pain by taking messy action
“My favourite part about the programme has been feeling empowered through learning all the ways I can positively impact my hormonal health.
Before I started the programme I had low energy, low mood, acne and severely painful periods as well as irregular cycles. I wanted to invest in coaching with Kirsty as I wasn’t getting any help from my doctors to treat the problem, only ways to cover the problem.
Since working with Kirsty, my acne got significantly better, my period pains went from debilitating (couldn’t move, sometimes faint from the pain) to totally manageable. My overall energy significantly improved and I learned to be kinder to myself when I needed a little more rest and I hit a whole bunch of PBs in the gym.
My biggest learning from the programme is that if you come on this journey you don’t have to do it perfectly. You can find a way that works for you.”

Hi, I’m Kirsty…
…rescue dog Mum, chocaholic, and lover of lifting weights, cold water swimming, coffee, and dance music!
If you were to meet me for a coffee ☕ at my fave coffee shop you would hear me ordering a flat white with chocolate on top. (Try it #lifechanging!)
After healing my hormonal issues (acne, brain fog, fatigue aka hypothyroidism) naturally, I became OBSESSED with understanding how lifestyle affects hormone health and how you can live a hormone-nourishing life without giving up all the things you love 🍕🍾💃🎉🍫.
This obsession led me to leave my corporate job in construction and retrain as a Functional Medicine Health Coach. I now help women all over the 🌍heal their hormonal symptoms and live a symptom-free life through the strategies I teach in Hormone Harmony Academy.
“Hormones impact all aspects of your health. Master your hormones, master your health, master your life. It’s never too late to thrive.”
— Dr Mark Hyman
Without the knowledge of my cycle and healing my body and hormones naturally, I wouldn’t be where I am now.
“I first joined Hormone Academy due to my autoimmune diagnosis of Hashimoto's and Celiac disease. I also have hypothyroidism.
I have been told since diagnosis that those with Hashimoto's may have a harder time getting pregnant, and I invested in this program and Kirsty’s knowledge to discover ways to heal my body and gut more naturally.
My spouse and I have been married for over 3 years and we were open to pregnancy if life took that path. However, we never did get pregnant leading up to the program.
After 3 months with Hormone Academy, and just 1 month of trying to get pregnant based on my cycle, my husband and I are now pregnant. ❤️
I also am proud to say that my thyroid levels were in a very healthy range at the end of the program (when they weren’t prior) and have maintained healthy throughout my pregnancy this far.
I am very thankful for this program and for all of the knowledge that I now have!”
